This fully functional “Upside Down Truck” was built by mechanic Rick Sullivan. It took him six months and around $6,000 bucks to build, which isn’t that much considering. This truck is built out of a 1995 F-150 body and a 1991 Ford Ranger. And yes, this creation is street legal.
A man has built an incredible upside down truck that looks like a flipped-over vehicle.
