What you’re going to need….

  • 2 bullet shells S&W .40 CalIr?Source=Bk&Amp;T=Funnybeaver 20&Amp;Bm Id=Default&Amp;L=Ktl&Amp;Linkid=37Ad820C759Ddf24057032E32B16E364&Amp; Cb=1451511274491
  • Old headphones. It happens that mine fit perfect to the bullet shells without any glue. I was using TDK EB760Ir?Source=Bk&Amp;T=Funnybeaver 20&Amp;Bm Id=Default&Amp;L=Ktl&Amp;Linkid=893184F1Dbafbb5B6Bb7Ea4E9996D9D3&Amp; Cb=1451511193771. You will need some superglue gel.
  • Sandpaper 400Grit and 800Grit
  • Finishing sponge. I was using 3M Superfine finishing Sponge (You can replace it with high grit sandpaper or steel wool)
  • a hacksaw

  • a drill bit (diameter of the drill bit should match the diameter of the wire)

  • a vice or a clamp to fix the bullet casing for drilling
