Ingredients:

Pizza dough
Pizza Seasoning
BBQ Sauce
Bacon
Cheddar Cheese
Roasted Onions
Pickled Chili

Preparation:

Roll out the pizza dough and cover it with thin layer of BBQ Sauce. Season to taste with pizza seasoning, grate some cheddar cheese and apply to the pizza. Add pickled chilies and the roasted onions and roll up the pizza like a cigar. Lay out some bacon and completely cover the pizza roll.

Prepare your Grill / Oven for indirect heat (180°C / 356°F) and bake the pizza rolls for approx. 30 min.
