Meet The Russian BMPT-72 “Terminator 2”  – Have Fun With That ISIS

The Russian BMPT-72 “Terminator 2” looks pretty insane. The BMPT-72 made it’s official debut on September 25th of 2013 at the Nizhny Tagil Arms Expo. The “Terminator 2” comes with an 850hp B84MC engine or an optional 1000 hp B92C2. Both engines are V12 liquid-cooled, turbocharged diesels. The BMPT-72 comes armed with a pair of 30mm 600rpm A242 auto-cannons that are capable of firing tracing, armor-piercing, and fragmentation rounds. The “Terminator 2” also comes with a 7.62mm machine gun, four anti-tank guided missile launchers, and a pair of 81mm smoke grenade launchers. Both of the drivers and the gunner are fitted with an optical/IR scope with built in laser rangefinders. This really looks like something that belongs in Battlefield 4. I’m not too sure how this would stand up against the Bradley or Abrams, but I can tell you one thing for sure – this would turn any 3rd world vehicle ISIS might be rolling around in into dust in about two seconds. I’m not too worried though. An A-10 would make short work out of this. Check out these A-10s destroying a tank in HD.
