Foldable Exercise Bike
“Get fit” is one of the top New Year’s resolutions, and if you’re putting that goal down on your ow list, then you may want to look into at-home gym equipment. The Harvill Foldable Magnetic Bike is a slim space-saving option with a 10-level magnetic resistance system.
The bikes at the local gym are larger, but this foldable exercise bike helps you get the miles you need in a pinch at home, don’t worry. Foldable Exercise Bikes are equipped with an easy-to-read LCD monitor giving you your heart rate, calories burned, distance, time and speed.
The rest of the bike features design touches you can probably appreciate — a wide base tube for stability and support, plus a wide seat that can adjust for all of you who are 5’7 and up. You know how hard it can be to find a bike that fits your tall stature, and this one checks the box. Also for stability are large anti-slip pedals, and a black steel frame.
What I enjoy about this bike is something that other bikes sometimes lack: the heart-rate sensors are built into the handles. Sometimes you have to grab an extra set of handles for the sensors, and that’s annoying. Let’s also talk about the biggest aspect of the bike, and that’s the size and weight.
It weighs 44 lbs and is 26.4 L x 20 W x 46 H inches. You pull the knob to fold it, and I have to say, it’s a good size for a closet or pantry, or maybe even under a bed, if you need to store it away. It features the front wheels for easy wheeling when folded and locked.
The makers of the bike, Dazadi, have promised that the flywheel is ultra quiet and the bike is kept steady so you don’t need to hold your book, so if that’s an issue with other bikes, rest assured.
Assembly is pretty straightforward, just take it out of the box, follow the instructions and you’re good to go. It feels weird to have a “foldable” exercise bike, especially since bikes at the gym are so much more substantial but this thing is slick. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants to work out at home. Maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs.
After training on your exercise bike, if you want to cut your commute time and get a light workout on your way to work without working up a sweat, check out the swagcycle foldable ebike!
